Speak right or don't speak at all..

If you are over the age of six I'm pretty sure that you should learn and use the proper names for objects. A computer is not a puter (pronounced poooter), nor are chips- chippies and herbs -herbies. Especially at the age of 41! Just one of my wonderful pet peeves. I blame Hollywood for a lot of the wrongful names. Celebrity couples do have two names, they are two separate individuals. Whoever started this fad of shortening names and words should be shot. It sounds absolutely ridiculous! Bennifer,Brangelina, preggers? Is it really that difficult and time consuming to speak the proper way? When dumbass words like that are used, it is the same sound as nails going down a chalk board.
